REQUEST permission to an Issue from a Reporter. The mechanism please ?

Edited

Jira is the only system today where you face a BLANK page that gives you no hope of how to request decent access to it!

There should be a simple built-in mechanism e.g. send the Reporter an email and he can do the rest

Any tools such as MS365 have such a feature

Hi @IDBWM

Yes it's a pain in the ass.

The only options are to email the project or sys admin to give you access to a project. In our case we have a service desk and we have clear instructions on how to request access.
