Querying entries in Excel attachment

We would like to be able to query (and display on dashboard) Issues that have entries in Excel attachments that meet certain criteria

  1. we have Excel documents attached to our Issues
  2. This Excel document has 2 main columns : Name and Y/N response
  3. There are 3-4000 entries in the document
  4. We would like to find for example all issues where entry in row 34 in the Excel document is marked as Y

 

Suggestions? Open to moving away from Excel into more structured Jira query-able data

Considered using iDalko Table Grid plug in but confirmed that 3-4000 rows might be too much
