We are using Jira in the cloud and have configured notifications for issue created. They work for all users but one (me). I am in roles that get notified when an issue is created and I even added myself explicitly to the notification, without success. I get other notifications without any problem and my team members get all (including "Issue created"). According to the Notification Helper I should get them.
Ideas where to look? Any logs I can check?
Hi Vladimir,
is it only a notification or an issue that you have created yourself which is missing?
In that case you would have to set "Notify me" in "My Changes"-settings from "Preferences".
(more details here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/managing-your-user-profile-765593632.html)
If this is not the case make sure you've gone through the knowledge base article referring to troubleshooting for notifications in Jira Cloud.
Cheers,
Daniel
