Um dos meus pares cadastrou um Objetivo de OKR, um KR e, dentro do KR ao invés de criar uma TASK (Tarefa) criou uma HISTÓRIA, é possível alterar ou ela precisa fazer tudo de novo?

Hi @Paula Cristina Delgado 

You can change the type of your ticket if you have the permission "Make bulk changes" in the global permission (you have to be a Jira administrator or site administrator to see this permission).

After that you can go to "issues" in the sidebar, you can click on the 3 dots (in the top right corner) and click on "Bulk change". Then you can select the desired tickets, select the option "move ticket" (another permission but in the project permission) and select the ticket type.

Pode alterar o tipo do seu pedido se tiver a permissão "Fazer alterações em massa" na permissão global (precisa de ser um administrador do Jira ou administrador do site para ver esta permissão).

Depois disso, pode ir a "issues" (problemas) na barra lateral, clicar nos 3 pontos (no canto superior direito) e clicar em "Bulk change" (alteração em massa). Depois, pode seleccionar os bilhetes pretendidos, seleccionar a opção "mover bilhete" (outra permissão, mas na permissão do projecto) e seleccionar o tipo de bilhete.
