Non-Jira Approvers in a Workflow

Hi, 

I'm evaluating Jira on a free trial and trying to determine if the workflow capabilities will work for my organization. 

Is it possible to have project approvers view and approve their piece of the project without having a Jira account or log-in? 

There would be somewhere between 3-4 of these non-Jira approvers for each project, but not always the same 3-4 approvers. 

 

I appreciate any insight the community here to shed on the topic.  Thanks!

Hi @Mark Cunningham ,

unfortunately, users without an account can't interact with tickets. You should be open your project to all non jira users, create users for that person without an account for jira and add condition to approval workflow transitions. But I don't think that it is your desiderata.
