No recibo notificaciones. Como debo hacer?

Estimados:

estoy probando la configuración y no recibo notificaciones.

Necesito implementar JIRA para mi organización de manera Urgente. Lo he usado en otro trabajo, y me dio gran resultado.

I think I understood most of that. You've created a project but aren't receiving notifications and you need to implement that very urgently. 

Try the notification helper. Make sure you've applied a Notification Scheme to your project. Note that you may not be notified of your own changes (that setting can be turned ON/OFF in your user profile).

He usado JIRA en mi trabajo anterior. Necesito implementar un circuito minimo de seguimiento de temas para ordenar un proyecto de implementación de un ERP, que está en una fase crítica y tiempos muy acotados.

 No hay un abono para contratar y que ya venga con la configuración mínima de la cual arrancar? Más adelante la iré modificando. Pero ahora tengo un mes y medio por delante muy duro y con muchas cosas por controlar. Necesito un circuito operando en un par de días....
