New Insight license for Jira Core Server 8.20.6 or alternative

Hi. We currently have the Insight plugin on our aging Jira 7.22 instance, but we are in the process of moving to another Jira server with datacenter license. We would like to order the new Insight plugin for the new instance, but it seems that this is only included with Jira Service Management. We do not want to order Jira Service Management. If we cannot order Insight for our new Jira Core Server instance with datacenter license, what other alternatives could you recommend?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I'm afraid the only way to do this is to get a licence for JSM.  You don't have to actually use any of the JSM functions to get the Insight functionality..

But this actually works in your favour.  If you could get Insight as an app, you would have to licence it at your Jira Software or Jira Work Management level (which is going to be at least 500 users).  If you buy JSM, you could just add 5 Agent licences...
