Multiple Identity Providers as User Provisioning Source within Jira Cloud

We are trying to implement User Provisioning from multiple identity provider sources.

I tried to set up User Provisioning using Okta with this article: https://support.atlassian.com/provisioning-users/docs/configure-user-provisioning-with-okta/

However, we previously already set up our Active Directory as an external identity provider. I am wondering if it is possible to add Okta as an ADDITIONAL external identity provider for Jira?

It's very important that we are able to keep our existing Active Directory user provisioning provider fully intact.

If this is possible, is there any documentation that can be shared on how to accomplish this?
