I have created a work flow. Accidentally a ticket has been moved from A to status D, instead of moving it to Status B.
Is there are way , I can bring the ticket back to Status B.
Below are my status,
A, B, C , D
Below is the workflow navigation,
A to B
B to A / C
C to D

Welcome to the community.
In your workflow add a new transition from the status D to the status B or A and make the change in the issue. You can after delete this new transition or leave it only for some user with a workflow condition.
