Hi, I am an admin of JIRA and use for my business, i have defined different roles for users so not everyone can see the details of other projects, but now everyone has lost visibility of details inside all projects including me.
Hi @Tarun Sikka
Can you please verify configuration as per below step.
1. Check required roles are set in Browse Permissions for permission scheme.
2.Check whether roles defined by you or deleted or not.
3.Check whether groups associated with users are removed from roles in the project or any groups deleted from jira.
4 Also in case if you added groups in permission scheme, check whether groups are removed or not.
Thanks,
Avinash
