Exemple de ticket OK:

Le champ Résolution indique:

Exemple de ticket NOK: Terminé

Le champ Résolution indique : non résolu

Tous mes tickets sauf un apparaissent comme non résolu.

Hi @Nasser Joolfun ,

JIRA needs to have a Resolution set in order to consider a ticket as closed/terminated indipendently from the ticket status.
