Label instead of Tags

Hello!

When I try to add an existing tag in new jira view, labels are suggested instead. In old view tags work fine and saved tags are suggested.

Hi @Dariia Omelianenko

Jira does not have a Tag field natively - only Labels.

Can you advise what the field "Tag" is? Is this a custom labels field added within your instance?

I did test it with the custom labels field but could not see a difference in functionality between the two views - perhaps a screenshot of each would help here :)

Hello, it's been working fine again since, I guess, friday or thursday. So the issue is solved. Thanks for your reply anyway.
