Kanban board is not visible

We created  a Kanban Project in Jira, automatically kanban board gets created.

For us, the kanban board is not visible.

Not even the status.

It is not the issues that is not visible.

The whole board is not visible.

After creating a project, we click on Project dropdown and click on the recently created project, nothing gets displayed.

Not sure what the issue is.

We have administrative permissions, but theboars is still visible.

What could be the reason?

can you attach a screen shot?  Are you using Classic Project or Next-gen?

Is the filter that your board is based on shared to the team or the group trying to view?

On the Board settings, you should be able to see the filter and the sharing on the general tab (about mid-screen)

It should indicate either your project or team members that need access.

If those are set correctly, lets try something else.
