Kanban board filters

I would require a suggestion. I would like to have two boards for one project . One is Kanban board and another one would be Scrum board. When i create like this i do see all the work items from Scrum board to kanban board.. is there an way that, i do not want to disply all the work items from scrum board to kanban board? I am not familiar with kanban filters anf JQL

Hi @Nisha ,

yes it is possible to only show specific items on the Kanban board, and other items in the Scrum board. This is done with the board filters : you will have to set what issues are included in the board.

You can also configure the board to map statuses to columns. This way, it is possible for example to show issues in status "To Do" only in the Kanban board, and items in status "In Progress" in your Scrum board.

You can have a look at the documentation here : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-a-classic-board/

You can also have a look at this video from Atlassian : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/How-to-configure-a-project-board-in-Jira-Cloud/ba-p/1587387

Let me know if this helps,
