Kanban - Counts at the top of the columns include filtered out elements

I have a filter to remove initiatives on the kanban board. But even when the filter is selected the counts at the top of the columns e.g., In Progress 12 of 18  still include the initiatives. How do i get the counts to only be reflective of what is in the filter?

Hi @Rachel Murray

Just to confirm, do you mean that when you use a quick filter to remove the initiatives, they are still included in the 18 of the "12 of 18" shown?  If so that is the built-in behavior...helping people see there are other issues not visible currently on the board due to filtering.

If you meant something else would you please clarify what you are observing, perhaps with screen images of your board and quick filters?  Thanks!

Kind regards,
Bill

Hi Bill. Your description of the issue is correct. Sounds like there is no way around this. Thanks for you help!
