We have set up the Jira - Slack notifications but some of the team are only being alerted to mentions but not when a ticket is assigned or when a watched ticket is updated... Two of our team are being alerted correctly and seemingly the configuration is the same for everyone... Any ideas?

"/jira connect yourjiraname.atlassian.net"
E.g.: /jira connect https://abc.atlassian.net/browse/xyz
Where abc should be your organisation name and xyz should the specific project
