Jira solicitando log in constantemente

Boa tarde, 

Depois de fazer uma atualização completa do jira em um servidor novo, o sistema não está sustentando as informações de login do usuario. Após logado, qualquer clique do usuário em qualquer pagina , é solicitado novamente o login do usuário. Inclusive nas opções de administração do sistema. É solicitado o login do administrador novamente para qualquer das funções na pagina da administração.

Hi Tim, thanks for your answer. 


My base-url is configurated as the article. 
Seems that the system does not work fine if I dont check option to save user and pass for the entire site of jira in my browser. 

Looks like the session only works if this option is checked in the browser. 

@Mauricio Meter 

 

Does this happen for all browsers? Are you able to view the logs or at the very least run the Log analyzer in the Troubleshooting and support tools?
