Jira Servicedesk Balanced workload assigning

Dear Friends,

We're testing balance Workload assigning here and we would like to check how we can config our automation to:

assigned A

Tickets to DO: 10

Tickets waiting user: 20

Assigned B

Tickets to DO: 11

Tickets waiting user: 5

I wish that the system does not consider the tickets in the status waiting for user to associate with A or B (in this case A based on the 10 tickets)

Hi @jfgmail

You can configure Jira Automation's Assign issue action to only count issues that satisfy some JQL condition.

Hope that helps.

Cheers,
