Jira Service Desk and Trello

As a user of Jira Service Desk and Atlassian Trello solutions, I would like to be able to create Service Desk links to Atlassian Trello.

In fact,  all the incident reports and all user requests are written on Service Desk and I want that for each initiated requests a link is made on trello because the devellopement team works exclusively on trello.

It's possible to use Trello and Jira Service Desk using Power-Ups.

Is the following possible with the power-up?

  1. Service Desk operator reviews an SD ticket.
  2. The operator decides a developer needs to look at this (however devs use Trello, not Jira).
  3. Operator creates a Trello ticket from Jira and links the two together.



Hi Patrick,

To create a trello card from Jira it will be necessary an add-on like Zapier.
Please, check it on our Marketplace and check their documentation with the steps:
- Zapier Integration for Jira


Or if you have already stuff like power automate (former flow) from MS it allows you to connect Jira with e.g. Trello. Any good RPA which is able to deal with Trello an Jira will be able to do that.
