Hi All,
is there a way to order null/empty values after the ones with value using JQL
Possibly something like:
ORDER BY
CASE
When clientPriorityRank > 0 then clientPriorityRank
When clientPriorityRank is null then 0
END DESC
Best,
Ivan
Hello,
It is not possible in JQL. All you can do is to order by a field using ASC, DESC
Why is it not possible? ThHis would be a very useful and commonly needed functionality. We use a custom field that designates a certain priority order as a number but it is often empty and I want to sort by highest number first and then the empty values at the end and can't do it in Jira.

It's frastrating to have this unfriendly sorting problem.
