JIRA Install - Could not untar archive. Aborting.

When running the following command on centos it returns "Could not untar archive. Aborting."

./atlassian-jira-software-7.3.0-x64.bin

I'm currently running under root. I have even chmoded the file to 777 too.

Any ideas why?
