Is there a way to have the VERA and Qtest sections of an issue open by default at creation of issue?

Is there a way to have the VERA and Qtest sections of an issue open by default at creation of issue? 

 

We use the integration extensively, and having to remember to click those 2 buttons on all issues before routing is becoming a problem to remember. Is there any way to have that set on creation of an issue as open?
