Is it possible to sync OSLC links from a story to its feature?

We have a Jira datacenter instance and are using Polarion for documentation. We've set up an OSLC connector for Jira to link stories to the polarion requirement that it implements.

We would like to be able to see these links at the project level, in the parent feature ticket.

I'm able to fetch Jira issue data using the REST API, but I do not see any data related to the OSLC links. Is this even possible?  Is there a way to retrieve a link from a story and copy it to its parent feature?

Not an answer, but we've decided not to pursue this.  Still curious about what this would involve though.
