I am planning to move all the stories, tasks and bugs from one Jira project to another. Both are from one client. One project is set for the mobile application and the other is to the web application.
Now the project handed over, The issues in mobile project backlog needs to be merged to the web project and maintain them as one project.
I need to identify them separately.
As there are around 300 issues, is there any way to set a pre-fix to the issues at once?
Please suggest if there any other way to do this.
Thanks.

How about adding labels or using a Components (if you want to be more formal)? You can bulk add Label/Component on all issues in one project before moving them into the other project. In that way, you can segregate the issues from Web and Mobile app projects.
