I have a Business Project. I cannot see the tasks on the Business Project board.

I cannot view my tasks on the Business Project Board. I could view the tasks on the board till a couple of weeks ago.

Hi Rupa - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Issues that are resolved (Done) disappear from the board after 2 weeks.

Thanks, John for the response.

The issues are not resolved. I see the status columns but the whole board is empty.

That sounds like a permission problem with the project then. Check the Permission Scheme for the project to see who has Browse Project permissions.

I have admin access

Admin access does not give you automation access to everything. It all depends on the Permission Scheme.

How do I access the Permission Scheme, John? Could you guide me? - Attaching 2 screenshots. The first is the empty Board view and the second is the Issues view where issues of different statuses can be seen. I don't know why they cannot be seen in the Board view.

Go to Project Settings and then click on Permissions.

I do not see Permissions in the menu. Is it because it is a team-managed project?

Sorry, I was confused. You have this as a Jira Server platform, but your Business project is a Team-managed project which means you are on Cloud and not server.

Clear out any filters you have set on the board - including any Assignees you have selected.

There are no filters on the board

I suggest you contact Atlassian Support. Please post the resolution back here so we can help others in the future with the same problem.

If your business project contains multiple issue types with different workflows, you can easily select which workflow to view on your board.

To view a particular issue type’s workflow, you can:

  • Select More at the top right of the board view
  • Select Workflows
  • Choose which issue type’s workflow you’d like to view.

Ah, I forgot about that new feature. Do they show on the board now for you when you select a different workflow?
