I developed one sample app and i uploaded.

If i stop ngrok, it showing https://7f393cdf.ngrok.io is not found .

One more question  do i need to start every time http-server.

Hello @Sneha A S ,

Your Jira Cloud instance has to be able to send and receive data to and from your app.

Therefore, yes, you need to start both:

  • http-server: since this is were you app is hosted
  • ngrok: since this is what makes your app/http-server reachable from the Internet (unless you are running your http-server from a machine that has a public IP and it is accepting incoming connections)
