This transition create http request to external website and get response

 

 sometimes it works fine, but every ones in a while it's fail with this log and i don't know what is the fail cause from:

The error in this log is a simple network error - the Jira script runs, sends something to a remote service and waits for a response, then completes when it gets one.  In this case, there is no response coming back within the time the OS allows for connections, so the script fails.

You'll need to look at the remote system or network connection to find out why it's not responding in time.

It's the same answer - they will have fixed the unresponsive application at the other end.
