How to extract all jira issue in excel

We need the data in Excel or CSV file with the following details. 

EPIC >> all the User stories and all the x-ray test for those respective user story. 

Example : 

EPIC 123 -- User Story 1 -- Testcase 1, TestCase 2, so on

              -- User Story 2 -- TestCase 1, Testcase 2 so on 

 EPIC 124 -- User story 1 -- Test case 1, Testcase 2 so on 

                -- User story 2 -- Test Case 1, Testcase 2 so on.... 

The csv file should trigger all the data.
