How to enable NEW JIRA ISSUE VIEW for ALL USERS as a system default

We'd like to depricate the availability of old issue view for all users and all projects in our Cloud instance of JIRA. Currently the UI requires users to individually opt into Jira Labs features in their profiles. 

 

How can I get admin control to remove old issues view as an option and enforce all users see the same layout and configuration for classic projects. It's causing confusion and frustration and many elements are broken in old issue view.

Hi @Rach 

I think this preference is still user driven and cannot be forced organization wide.

However the new issue view is permanently on for all business boards and next-gen software projects.
