How to add more options in already created drop down field

How to add more options in already created drop down field. 

For eg: Defect Rank - A, B,C

and i need to add N rank now. how to do this

Thank you very much. I have another question regarding Field placement. Can we change the fields alignment. 

For eg: Planned end date is at the bottom of the page. i have to move it to the top of the screen. Is it possible.

Yes Go to that Screen >> Configure >> U can move that field 

You can move the fields order  by changing the "screen" they are on.  But be aware that the main issue view screen re-arranges some fields, drawing them out into their own panels, so the order you put fields only affects the order within the "custom field" area.
