How many people need to verify the domain?

. We receive the error "Someone already verified this domain under another organization." This error is not allowing any other user with Admin access, to access Jira products. All admins but one, are receiving this error and are unable to move past the "verify Domain" screen. The domain has been verified via DNS text record

Should be only one - it's a one-off action that any site admin should be able to do.  

Get your people to try logging out and back in again, that might force their login to pick up as a verified domain.

My best best would be to try to undo the verification and do it again to see if it fix it. 

 

unluckily I don't have other ideas that can cause this on server...
