How long does it take until the apps i requested to integrate appear in my platform?

I am new to this service. I want to integrate with third party apps such as github and others. But it seems it doesn't happen immediately. How long does it take? Been already a day now and I see nothing

How did you go about integrating it? Did you install a plugin?

I suspect you are not an admin in the environment and the request has been sent to whomever is the admin. You may want to reach out to them directly to request the app.
