How do we modify the contents of the emails being sent to users?

We recently migrated a Jira Core server from Azure to on premise.  It basically was a lateral migration move.  However, the emails being sent to users when there are changes contains the IP addresses of the old server.   How and where can I adjust this?

@Sean Tran Welcome to the Community

Sounds like the outgoing mail server is still pointing to the old server.  I would suggest checking and updating that. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/configuring-an-smtp-mail-server-to-send-notifications-947184044.html
