We are on JIRA server and use an EXCEL ODBC connection to pull customer tickets into Excel. Every once in a while, the tickets returns a fix version of R1_21 and we cannot seem to get rid of it.
Both the Fix Version and Affects Version field of the ticket are empty/blank as far as we can see.
It messes with filters and sorts on our Spreadsheets. Any advise/thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
