How do I copy the Components of a project as options to a Single Select Field with scriptrunner?

Currently, I have a custom field of type Single Select (singleSelect) that is only used in a project (PROJ), of which its select options need to get populated as the same values as the Components of PROJ.

For example, if the Components of PROJ are: Comp1, Comp2

Then, I would like the options for singleSelect to be Comp1,Comp2 as well.

Is there a way to this updating of custom field options along with the Components of PROJ?

Any suggestions using plugins Scriptrunner (or Automation with JIRA) would be appreciated, thanks!
