How can I extract or connect our JIRA data to Power BI for team results visualization?

Please help me with the ideas.

I would strongly recommend using an app that understands Jira and can talk to Powerbi properly.  For Jira Cloud, one of https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&query=powerbi should be good.  (I can slightly recommend the ones with the two highest number of installs - I've seen them working and people like them)
