I need to hide column contenu in Search for Issue

I do not want to see "Admin" but it has to exist

hello, thank you, but it is not realy what I needed.

I know how to choose the column and, for example I need to see the column "Reporter"(which I see), but I do not want to see its contecst "Admin". it should be hiden to the user.
