Getting "Something went wrong" message with empty screen when i navigate to removed plugin url

Steps to reproduce

1. i remove plugin

2. I go to url

/projects/LIF003?selectedItem=com.atlassian.plugins.atlassian-connect-plugin:plugin-key

Expected: 

This page isn't available

or something like this333.png

 

got: empty screen with error message.32.png

is it atlassian connect problem?

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to ask you for other details.

Can you please open the developer tools on your browser and check if it shows any other error?

Can you clear the cookies and cache and go to the URL again?

Is it happening to other users?

Also, please, test using another browser and incognito window.
