Gadget in dashboard not loading properly

   One of project is using a gadget and in dashboard its not loading properly.Can you let me know what could be the reason..

Could you give more about "it is not loading properly"?  What exactly is the fault?

What app are these gadgets provided by?

I'd want to look at the configuration of one of them to see what it is trying to display and then go check to see if there is any data it should be showing.

But if we find it should be showing something, it may be that we need to talk to the vendor about what it is not loading.

Hi Nic,

   Its XRay plug-in which there being used in one of the project. I have raised a request will Xray support team now..
