First commercial version of JIRA Cloud

Hello, for a student research project I have to know when was the first comercial release (year, version) of JIRA Core and when was the first Cloud release of Servicedesk.

Are there further information a timeline e. g. an version roadmap?

Jira Core was 2016 from memory, try downloading Jira and look for the "old versions" to see the release dates.

The "cloud release" of service desk was at the same time, when Service Desk moved to be an application - 7.0 Server, Cloud major release a few weeks before, before that, Service Desk and Software were "add ons" that you added to Jira (not Core)

For older versions of Cloud and Jira before to became Jira Core, I'm not going to do your web searches for you, I can't remember off the top of my head.
