Error: There was a missing Token

Good Day

I am receiving multiple complaints from users getting similar errors when they try to attach a document, create a task or transition a task: "The toke is missing/there was a missing token". This happens on random and clearing the Cache, refreshing the page or loggin out and back in does not work.

This also happens when I use the system Health Check and then I either end up with an error 404 or that token message.

Any advice as to what is causing this to happen?

We are using JIRA Server 8.5.5.

Thanks for any assitance.

Hi @Liam Maeder

In general, it may happen due to network issues or timeouts and refreshing usually helps.

But I've also found the registered Bug JRASERVER-69054 and maybe it affects more than described there.

I have Jira server 8.5.3 installed
