Empty SLA values when exporting issues

Hello.
Recently after upgrading our Jira (Software to 7.11.2, Service Desk to 3.14.2) we observe weird behaviour when users are trying to export issues (via Search Issue) with SLA fields.

SLA fields are normally visible when we are searching for issues.1.PNG

But when we try to export our results, SLA values are empty.2.PNG3.PNG

What's more funny, when we export issues to HTML and check HTML code, we can actually see values in code:

Does anybody have any ideas?

Hello @Ezop_Idea ,

The functionality is not avaliable in that version of Jira Service Desk,

As covered in the related feature request for this functionality:

You will want to upgrade to Jira Server 7.13.1 / Service Desk 3.16.1 version or later to export the SLA details.

Regards,
Earl
