Display all Sprints on multiple boards

I have a project called PROJECT-X
There are two Developer Teams each with their own PM on PROJECT-X, Team-1 and Team-2

Created separate boards for each team. Plan is to have just 1 active sprint per project. However, need to share Sprints A, B, C etc. between the Teams. All these are created by Team 1 and shown on board 1.

The challenge is when the PM of Team-2 creates a new Sprint D on Team-2 board, Team-1 cannot see this sprint on their board, unless otherwise an issue is assigned to that sprint.

Is there a way to show all sprints on both the boards immaterial of whether an issue is assigned or not?

No there is not a way to show all sprints on both the boards immaterial of whether an issue is assigned or not.

A sprint will display on a board when:

1. The sprint was created in that board, or

2. The sprint contains an issue that is within the scope of the board's filter.

If a Sprint is created in Board 1 and has no issues assigned to it, it will display only in Board 1.

Thereafter, when issues are assigned to the Sprint, the sprint will show in any board where the assigned issues are included.

You cannot force a sprint to show in a given board if the sprint was not created in that board and does not contain any issues from that board.

No. It is okay to see the sprints on other board (after issue added to it) but use one board to manage the sprints.

Do you want to manage sprints from multiple board or just want to see them?

However you can use Advanced Roadmaps for managing work across multiple board/teams.

Hi Ravi, Thanks for your response.

I have separate filters which is relevant to respective boards. My issue is not seeing the sprints on Board 2 unless otherwise at least an issue is assigned to the sprints. Not showing the sprint shall mislead the team 2 to go ahead and create a new Sprint later to realize there are multiple sprint created for the same time period.

I do want to manage sprints from multiple boards as well.
