Hi All,
Ok I think this is going to be a long one but hopefully and easy only to resolve.
I have a confluence/jira cloud permission issue.
Since migrating from server to cloud my account was messed up during this migration process.
to the point where my account is no longer the admin of pages or certain aspects of the cloud instance.
Looking for some advice on how to resolve this.
It for some reason hasnt merged my local jira server with my jira cloud atlassian id and I am stuck not being able to edit some pages etc...
Seems like an email mismatch issue. Can a site administrator not add you to page editors?
Hi @Alex Fox
Thanks for the insight however emails are the same. As you can see on this space I asked my collage to add me and presto worked again.
However right throughout the entire cloud instance anything I created as an admin on jira server hasn’t matched to my cloud Admin. So I get screwed when editing anything.
Additionally through out the cloud instance it shows me as unlicensed.
