Configuration Manager plugin

Hi,

I am using Configuration Manager Jira plugin to migrate project to differed Jira instance.

After the deployment of the snapshot Users and Users group are correctly imported into the project of the new Instance, but Jira Users Groups are not populated.

Can someone tell me if this is an Issue with Configuration Manager or groups need to be prepopulated?

HI @Nenad Mijailovic ,

 

Used the add-on a while back but don't recall ever needing to prepopulate the groups except other add-ons.

 

May want to reach out the vendor for support:
