Configurar Campos Usuarios

Buenos días,

tengo una personalización de campos, pero necesito que el usuario no pueda acceder a Personalizar estos campos pudiéndolos visualzar, ya que solo deben ser visibles para los Supervisores y los Administradores del sistema, cuando gestionan incidencias.

¿cómo puedo conseguir esto?

I am not sure of my translation, but I think you are asking if you can hide fields from people?

If so, the short answer is "no".  JIRA does not have field level security.  If you can see an issue, you can see all the data on it.

lo que necesito es que el usuario cuando cree una incidencia no pueda ver, determinados campos, y que el supervisor en su pantalla sí que pueda visualizar esos campos.

You could try the "Field Security" add-on from Quisapps, which does do it.

es posible, que sin comprar ese Addon, hacer no visible el botón CONFIGURAR CAMPOS. Si esto fuese posible ya podría valerme como solución.

Hola, creo que lo que necesitas , es crear un esquema diferente para que elusuario determinado solo puede acceder a ciertos datos del incidente, y luego asocias cada usuario a cada esquema y denrtro de cada esquema a un usuario.

Hola como creo responsabilidades a múltiples usuario en un mismo proyecto clásico...? cada ves que coloco uno lo borra y no puedo colocar varios usuarios a la mismas incidencia.. gracias...
