¿Como puedo crear una regla en la cual cuando se crea un ticket me llegue al mail la incidencia?

Buenos dias, cree una regla para mi proyecto para que se me avise por mail la creacion de una incidencia.

Quisiera saber como puedo hacer para que dentro del correo que me llega me figuren los campos completados por el usuario.

Hasta el momento intente con estos comandos pero no logro solucionarlo.






Y hasta ahora solo me llega el Summary
