Comment function with time log

Hello everybody,

  • Is it possible that in the comment function also appears a option to enter a time log?

Technicians forget to fill the worklog and enter only a comment in the ticket.

This isn't something that has a technological fix.  Comments are not intended to be work logs, so there's no way to do this.

Your best option is simple education, you need to find out why youre technicians are not following the process and fix that.
