Color code sub-tasks to more easily differentiate between programming, art and music

Marc Pilgaard February 1, 2017

Hi JIRA users,

We are currently adding sub-tasks to our stories. Our stories are non-technical descriptions of the features in our upcoming game. Each story requires both a designer, programmer, graphical artist and sound designer to be completed. All individuals needs to add sub-tasks to a given story.

What is the easiest way to differentiate each sub-task based on proffesion? Can we color code sub-tasks based on proffesion? Can sub-tasks be color-coded from the issue overview?

Marc,

You can create different types of sub tasks and use different icons for each one of them.
