Changing the Idea form in Product Discovery

Does anyone know how I change the Idea form in Product Discovery? I would like to remove certain fields and just use the custom fields I have defined.  I'd also like to make certain fields mandatory. 

 

As far as I can tell there is no way to do that and the Idea type does not show up in Issue Types.
